Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, Certify Emergency Building Standards
(OSHPD EF 01/18) Certification of compliance and permanent approval of emergency administrative building standards for hospital seismic safety upgrade extensions for the 2016 California Administrative Code, Part 1 of Title 24, California Code of Regulations. The commission will take action to approve, disapprove, return for further study required, or approve as amended the certifying building standards rulemakings. The action will be guided by the provisions of Government Code Sections 11346.1, 11346.2 and 11347.3, and the nine point criteria established in Health and Safety Code Section 18930.
