DSA announces new valuation thresholds

The Valuation Threshold for Alterations, Structural Repairs or Additions to Existing Buildings – in accordance with the 2019 California Building Code Chapter 2 definition of VALUATION THRESHOLD, the 2022 valuation threshold is $186,172.00 and will be updated again in January 2023.
