Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office is responsible for overseeing DGS' compliance with various federal and state civil rights laws and implementing regulations and executive orders pertaining to employment and services by DGS. The EEO Office uses monitoring systems to achieve its mission to provide a discrimination-free environment in all aspects of employment for employees, applicants and customers.
