AGENDA

1. MINUTES: The committee will consider approval of the minutes of the February 7, 2024 meeting.

2. ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT: The Administrator will report on the current status of the PWCA program.

3. NEW ARBITRATOR APPLICATION RESOURCES: OAH will provide information on how someone can apply for certification to the PWCA Arbitrator Panel.

4. UPDATE REGARDING GOVERNOR APPOINTMENTS

5. UPDATE REGARDING RULES AND REGULATIONS

6. ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING AGENDA:  New items may be put on the agenda for the next meeting.

7. PUBLIC COMMENT:  Public comment will be received.

8. SCHEDULING OF NEXT MEETING:  Tentatively scheduled for October 2, 2024.
