Virtual Certification Workshop
Become Small Business certified through this online workshop
Attend this free online workshop on Thursday, February 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to get Small Business (SB) or DVBE certified. Certification experts will provide step-by-step instructions. Get help uploading documents and completing the certification application process.
Have the necessary items listed below.
- Laptop or tablet with internet access
- General Documents (digital copy):
- EIN Letter
- Federal tax returns for the last three years (or for the period your business has been operational)
- For a sole proprietorship, bring personal tax returns for up to three years.
- DE9 records for the last four quarters (if you have W2 employees).
- Licenses (if applicable), such as Business License, CSLB License, Resellers Permit, etc.
- Legal Entity Documents (digital copy):

- Partnership Agreement (if applicable)
