State agencies encountering payment issues, such as a delay or rejection of a payment of a transaction by the State Controller's Office (SCO) because of inadequate documentation or data inconsistencies, should work with their SCO analyst for resolution.  SCO has provided sample supporting documents to assist agencies in assessing and correcting potential documentation issues causing such delays as provided below.
