Tax payers can access current and historical procurement records for the State of California.
The State Contract & Procurement Registration System (SCPRS) tracks overall total contracting dollars and contracts procured by the State of California. The California State Contracts Register (CSCR) is for posting advertisements of contracts proposed by the State. The SCPRS data provided is available for information purposes only. Please contact the awarding department with questions.

- SCPRS Data represents the data captured in the State's legacy system (BidSync) and new system (FI$Cal). Data begins as of SFY 2010 (7/1/2009 - 6/30/2010).
- CSCR Data represents bid opportunities with the State of California, advertised through Cal eProcure. Data begins as of SFY 2017 (7/1/2016 - current date)
