Contact Real Estate Leasing and Planning Section

The Real Estate Leasing and Planning Section (RELPS) is a full-service real estate office. The leasing office assists state agencies with their real estate-related needs. The planning office offers space planning and interior design services. The State portfolio is comprised of four regions: Northern, Sacramento, Central, and Southern. Each region has a leasing and planning unit manager. The Lease Management Unit under the Regional Portfolio Management Section services existing leases for all four regions.
