Summary:
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: various renovation work at structure lots 2, 24, 50, 55 and surface lots 33, 39. Work will replace motorized grill gates at parking structures entrances/exits, replace exhaust fans, add CO and NO2 sensors, steel staircase repair including repainting and concrete tread replacement, repair elevators, concrete crack seal and patch work, provide electrical infrastructure for automated parking kiosks, replace existing storm drain line, install pipe bollards, repaint guardrails, replace wheel stops, asphalt crack repair and replacement, overlay existing asphalt concrete pavement, provide concrete curbs, restripe and provide accessible parking including signage, replace and provide new pole mounted light fixtures with electrical service, replace concrete curbs for path of travel upgrades and re-tension vehicle barrier cables.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on September 11, 2019 at 9:30 A.M., at the State Garage Lot #2 located at 1416 10th Street, Sacramento, CA.
