Summary:
SEALED BIDS: The Office of Business and Acquisition Services will receive Sealed Bids at 707 Third Street, West Sacramento, California 95605 before 2:00 P.M., August 3, 2021. Hand delivered bids shall be placed in the DGS/OBAS Bid/Proposal Drop Box located in the lobby.
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: defining an accessible path of travel both at the exterior and interior of the building encompassing the common building elements up to tenant doors including modification of entrance, parking, restrooms and elevators.
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
RE-ADVERTISEMENT: This is a re-advertisement of a Project for which bids were opened on August 4, 2021 and no contract was awarded. No revisions were made to scope of original work and Drawings and Project Manual, including Addenda, remain same as originally issued with exception of new site inspection date and time, bid due date and opening date. New Bid Forms will be issued.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on July 20, 2021, at 10:00 A.M., at which time representatives of the state and prospective bidders shall meet at EDD Modesto, Visitors entrance, located at 629 12th Street, Modesto, CA 95354. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection.
Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.
