Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of Replacement of existing Heating, Venting, Air Conditioning system along with Replacement of Fire Alarm system.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on June 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at Employment Development Department, 409 K Street, Eureka, CA 95501. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
