Summary:

This project is being bid in accordance with Government Code 14838.7 and is open only to Small Business and Micro Business contractors certified through the California Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and DVBE Services.

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Demolition, excavation, cast in place concrete, roofing, painting, electrical raceway, wiring, and related work.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the MANDATORY pre bid site inspection tour on April 13, 2021 at 1:00PM., at California Highway Patrol, Visitors Entrance, 5025 West Noble Avenue, Visalia, CA. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

Bids are due before 2:00PM, April 27, 2021.
