Form 22 - Master Funding Agreement

Purpose:

The Form 22 - Master Funding Agreement will only be initiated by the Department of General Services (DGS): Real Estate Services Division (RESD) to gather project funding information and authorization. While this document does touch multiple external State Agencies in routing for information and authorization signatures, this document will not be made available for public use. The form number and name will be archived in the California Statewide Forms Directory for records only.
