The Site is a former National Guard Armory utilized for many years as a recreation center for the Boys & Girls Club El Dorado County Western Slope prior to their move to another location.  The subject property is located at 212 Armory Drive (the “Site”), more specifically identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 325-280-003, comprising 2.58 acres.
