Lease State-Owned Real Property for State Agencies

About this Service

State Agencies within the State of California will work with the State Owned Leasing and Development (SOLD) Unit to lease property that is excess to program needs. SOLD manages approximately 850 active leases for agriculture, building space, cafeterias, child care centers, credit unions, ground leases, one day events on state property, parking, retail, state-owned telecommunication facilities where the state is the lessor and also leases private telecommunication facilities and sites for various state tenants.
