Request Planning Services for State Agency's Privately Leased Space

State agencies can request planning services in privately leased space from dedicated space planners in their region.

About this Service

State agencies will work with the Real Estate Leasing and Planning Services (RELPS) planners who will provide services to design spaces that accommodate an agency’s needs and requirements. This service is provided when a state agency needs new leased space, a lease renewal, or an alteration to an existing space.
