CBSC Public Records Act RequestS
Please read:
CBSC is a commission within the Department of General Services (DGS). Public Records Act (PRA) requests for CBSC documents are processed through the DGS Public Records Portal. This portal requires requesters to create an account login. CBSC response emails and letters will be sent through the DGS portal, and electronic responsive documents will be saved there for retrieval.
WHEN A PRA REQUEST IS NOT REQUIRED
CBSC documents that are listed on our website, but not available to download, can be requested in the normal course of business and do not require a PRA. Use the “Request Unavailable Documents” button or email address that can be found on CBSC webpages. Provide specific details about the documents desired so the request can be fulfilled promptly.
CONTACT US
Questions about using the public records portal or requesting unavailable documents can be directed to CBSC at cbsc@dgs.ca.gov or (916) 263-0916. Comments or feedback about the portal are also welcome.
