Data and Caseload Statistics Reports to State Legislature

Access annual caseload statistics and hearing time frame reports to the California State Legislature and case-related data reports.

Office of Administrative Hearings Publications & Resources

The General public can view OAH's annual Data and Caseload Statistics Report.  All reports show data for each fiscal year beginning July 1st through June 30th.  These reports shows a time frame of OAH's caseload and case life for the General Jurisdiction and Special Education divisions.

This report required by Supplemental Budget Language Item Number 7760-001-0666 includes, but is not limited to caseload statistics and hearing time frame information for the Office of Administrative Hearings.  The below reports can be found on the Department of General Services website at Legislative Reports (Outside Link)

 

  • First Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2013 to 2014
  • Second Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2014 to 2015 
  • Third Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2015 to 2016 
  • Fourth Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2016 to 2017 
  • Fifth Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2017 to 2018
