Tracker

Tracker is Office of Human Resources' Sharepoint utilized to track Request for Personnel Actions (RPA) during the hiring process and is required for all RPAs requesting a recruitment. Tracker allows Department of General Services' programs and OHR staff to see exactly where an RPA is within the process at any time. Tracker should only be accessed by Employee Resource Liaisons (ERL) and OHR staff.

Benefits of Tracker

• Every ERL can view where their RPA is at any given time, no need to contact Classification and Pay.
• Tracker keeps a log of when everything is done to show any issues with the process.
• Reduces amount of email between OHR analysts, other OHR units, and programs.
• RPAs move seamlessly between OHR units and program without an anchor point.
