YEAR-END REPORT NO. 6, FINAL BUDGET REPORT - 7961

At year-end, agencies/departments will prepare a Final Budget Report, Report No. 6. This report presents a summary status of appropriations including expenditures, encumbrances, and balances as of June 30 for each appropriation.

This report is not submitted to the SCO, but is kept on file for year-end financial reporting and audit purposes. This report will be used to support past/prior year expenditures during the budget development process.
