Find Location to Repair State Vehicle
State agencies that need to resolve mobile equipment problems for DGS leased vehicles should contact the Office of Fleet and Asset Management’s (OFAM) Call Center.
In an effort to address our customer needs the OFAM has established a Call Center to provide statewide customer service and instruction to our leased vehicle customers.
Also see or print Fleet Facts Pamphlet for your information.

Guide to Resolve Mobile Equipment Problems
For routine, ongoing maintenance and the required bi-annual Smog Inspections of your state-owned vehicle:
Perform a Mobile Equipment Maintenance and Repair Vendor Query to find a state-approved vendor.
The approved vendors provide state agencies with reliable, consistent automotive services at economical rates throughout the state.
For maintenance or repairs that exceed $350 (non-approved vendors) or $500 (authorized vendors on the approved vendor list) prior authorization is required from the Inspection Services Program
Find an Inspector
The Inspection Services Program is responsible for consultation for the repair, maintenance, purchase of state-owned mobile equipment, and disposal of state-owned mobile equipment at state auctions.
If you are a maintenance and repair vendor, here is how to submit your invoices for payment.
If you would like to become an approved maintenance and repair vendor, here are the steps.
The Vendor Program is responsible for processing applications from automotive maintenance and repair vendors to be placed on the State’s approved vendor list. Search for Maintenance and Repair Vendors.
